Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fausta Technologies offer Digital Marketing and website development services. Our business model is based on Business to Business (B2B) working.  All the prices quoted on our website are in Indian rupees. The Goods & Service (GST) will be charged extra on the quoted amount. Invoices will be generated on scheduled time only after receiving the monthly or milestones marked payments.

Our service does not attract any refund or return in any normal condition. However, a refund can be initiated only in various conditions which will be discussed in this refund policy. If users are dissatisfied with any of our Services, then they can opt-out after communicating with us without giving any prior notice of any time period whatsoever. Please note that any advance payments given for any services opted for by users are non-refundable. No refunds shall be entertained after opting-out from the services availed before. However, refunds can be initiated only in conditions mentioned in this refund policy.

General Conditions

In general, users or partners will be eligible for a refund of their advance amount against any of the service mentioned on our website only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. If partner/clients/user/business has canceled the service within the three hours of payment. The cancellation of the service must be valid. Any imaginary reason for canceling the service will not attract any payment.
  2. If the service asked by users is not initiated by our team within the 30 days of the payment. However, if users/clients have asked to put service on the hold after the payment, then no refund will be initiated.
  3. If the payment gets duplicated due to the failure of online transactions, then the amount will be refunded.
  4. Any amount paid for the Google Ad service or Facebook paid ad campaigns that are yet to be utilized by our team can be refunded after the deduction (if any). Any amount already paid to Google and Facebook cannot be refunded.

However, there are many cases as well where a refund is not possible in circumstances. These conditions are as follows:

  1. Any amount paid for third-party service will not attract any refund in circumstances.
  2. Any amount utilized in paid ad campaigns cannot be refunded.
  3. Any amount spent on the purchases made against the service will not be refunded.
  4. Any amount paid for GST or any tax liability will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

All payments including setup costs and retainers are required to be made on or before the 5th/milestone marking/any other date mutually decided of every month through cheque, bank transfer, or Credit Card, against invoices raised in advance. Non-payment will, unfortunately, result in the suspension of services. The period of 10 days of non-payment, after the due date, will result in the deletion of all Google ads keywords. All services, that are not mentioned in the scope of services will be considered out of scope and will be charged as per actual. Any payment failure of online transactions must be reported to Fausta Technologies as well as the Bank within 3 days of the transaction. The complaints of failure of the transaction after three days may not produce any fruitful result.
