These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Fausta Technologies Private Limited (“Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.faustatechnologies.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

Faustatechnologies.com is owned by Fausta Technologies Private Limited with its registered office at A-52, A-Block, Som Bazar Chowk, Vikas Nagar, New Delhi-110059, India.

• The use of the website faustatechnologies.com and the use of service offered by Fausta Technologies are governed and monitored by the terms and conditions mentioned below. If clients or users use the website and services offered by this website, then users are in contract with Fausta Technologies and they have accepted our terms and conditions.
• Fausta reserves the right at sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time without informing the users in person. It is solely the user’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates/changes.
• The continuous use of the website faustatechnologies.com (including changes and updates) will mean that the user has accepted our terms and conditions and the user also agreed to the revisions or updates to be done in any near future. As long as users comply with these Terms & Conditions, Fausta Technologies grants their user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our Website.

1. Digital Marketing Services: Fausta will deliver a digital marketing strategy and defined months (depends on the service offered and agreement signed) of managed services. After the strategy is approved, all associated content will be delivered within a week of the scheduled published date outlined in the content calendar.
2. Error-free work: Fausta can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free. We strive hard towards an error-free work environment by communicating as much as we possibly can. The more we talk to you, the more we learn and understand your needs & requirements.
3. Mutual cooperation: Fausta agrees to use our best efforts to fulfill and exceed your expectation on any service delivery. You agree to aid us by making available to us the needed information about your work/company/website and to cooperate with us in expediting our work. The website or app designed for you shall have the name of Fausta Technologies in the footer as a mark of our efforts. We are also entitled to use your logo in our client’s list as soon as we sign a contract with you.
4. Communications: When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
5. Payment Terms: All payments including setup costs and retainers are required to be made on or before the 5th of every month through cheque, bank transfer, or Credit Card, against invoices raised in advance. Non-payment will, unfortunately, result in the suspension of services. The period of 10 days of non-payment, after the due date, will result in the deletion of all Google ads keywords. All services, that are not mentioned in the scope of services will be considered out of scope and will be charged as per actual.
6. Policy for Refund: If users are dissatisfied with any of our Services, then they can opt-out after communicating with us without giving any prior notice of any time period whatsoever. Please note that any advance payment given for any services opted for by users are non-refundable. No refunds shall be entertained after opting-out from the services availed before.
7. TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT, AND RESTRICTIONS: This site is controlled and operated by Fausta Technologies. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on the Website is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.

You’ll own the visual elements that we create for this project. We’ll give you source files and finished files for the same; those should be kept somewhere safe. You own all elements of text, images, and data you provided unless someone else owns them. We’ll own the unique combination of these elements that constitutes a complete design and we’ll license that to you, exclusively and in perpetuity for this project only, unless we agree otherwise.
10. Non-Compete Agreement & NDA: We take pride in our work and bound ourselves in Non-Compete to a particular organization of business in such, as the businesses we market for, do not compete with each other and are different in either area of service/state, country, or product line. All Reports generated for your businesses are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreement and Fausta Technologies isn’t authorized to use them for self-marketing. Case studies are not bound by the above mentioned NDA.
11. Miscellaneous: Please read all the Terms & Conditions carefully to make sure you understand all the details involved with us working together. It’s really important to us that everything is transparent and understood from the beginning so that we lay a solid foundation for a great working relationship. All the Terms & Conditions/Terms of Use, Privacy Policy forms an entire agreement between the company and the user. This is related to all the representations, agreements, and warranties, oral & written, with respect to the Website. These Terms & Conditions do not include any other 3rd party or beneficiary rights. A document related to the purchase like your invoice, etc are for reference purpose only and does not bind Fausta Technologies with any additional terms & condition mentioned anywhere. In case, any dispute arises between the participating parties i.e. you and us with respect to the Terms & Conditions or subject matter of these or breach of these Terms & Conditions or about or involving the Fausta Technologies Websites and/or the Service, by using the www.faustatechnologies.com Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
